The singer gets the words wrong at the start and sings "Vous dites vrai" instead of "Vous avez dit", then continues as written: "Mon âme est loyale et sincère". It's the opening of the duet between Werther and Albert, on records usually as "Mais comme après l'orage". [..] This is a good singer, obviously a professionally trained artist.
