Comments | Paroles non transcrites. Sur la pochette : "Copy of a most unusual unpublished Melba disc. Obviously never intended to leave the recording studio. At end of record Melba is heard to say " I'm sorry, we shall have to begin all over again". The original has no label, etching or matrix No., and was doubtless a 'take' prior to the final recording made at this session in March 1904. Eventually issued on No. 03021 – 12'', flute by Gaubert and pianoforte by Landon Ronald." |
